Aerial Yoga

What is Aerial Yoga?

Aerial yoga, also known as hammock or sky yoga, is a unique practice that combines traditional yoga poses with the support of a fabric hammock suspended from the ceiling. Experience the sensation of flying as you flow through poses both on and off the ground, supported by the hammock. This practice allows you to deepen stretches, build strength, improve flexibility, and explore inversions in a safe environment.

Benefits of Aerial Yoga:
  • Decompresses the spine and relieves tension
  • Increases flexibility and range of motion
  • Strengthens core muscles and improves balance
  • Boosts mood and reduces stress
  • Enhances body awareness and mindfulness
Who Should Avoid Aerial Yoga:
  • Pregnant individuals
  • recent surgeries, or any other health concerns, please consult with your healthcare provider before attempting aerial yoga.
Can I eat or drink before class?

To ensure your comfort and safety, we recommend avoiding acidic foods and drinks for at least an hour before class, particularly if you’re new to aerial practice. Inverting (going upside down) on a full stomach may cause discomfort.

Can I join aerial yoga if I’ve never done it before?

Absolutely! Our aerial yoga class is suitable for all levels, including beginners.
