Step into the world of Yin Yoga and reconnect with your inner balance
A Four-Day Immersive Functional Yin Yoga & Exploring Meridian Theory
This 40-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training( Yoga Alliance–Certified Continuing Education) offers an in-depth exploration of Yin Yoga as a meditative, therapeutic, and energetically informed practice. With a strong emphasis on chi flow, meridian theory, mindfulness, and functional anatomy, the training integrates classical Yin Yoga principles with modern anatomical knowledge and clear, practical teaching methods.
Designed for both teachers and dedicated practitioners, this immersive four-day program provides the tools to understand, practice, and confidently teach Yin Yoga in a way that is safe, inclusive, and adaptable to individual needs.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, floor-based yoga practice in which postures are held for longer periods of time, typically between 3–5 minutes, with minimal muscular effort. This approach targets the connective tissues, joints, and fascial networks rather than focusing on muscular strength.
Yin Yoga emphasizes the art of relaxation and stillness, supporting the body’s ability to shift into the parasympathetic nervous system—often called the “rest and digest” state. Through long-held postures, mindful breathing, and awareness of the body’s meridian system, practitioners cultivate balance, presence, and clarity in both body and mind. Beyond physical flexibility, Yin Yoga encourages mental steadiness, emotional awareness, and mindful attention, making it a powerful complement to more dynamic (Yang-style) practices and modern, fast-paced lifestyles.
Led by Merve Yigit, this training presents Yin Yoga as a refined and intelligent practice that supports physical awareness, emotional balance, and energetic understanding, while cultivating presence, sensitivity, and deep inner listening.

In this training, Yin Yoga is explored as more than a physical practice. Through long-held postures, conscious breath, and attentive awareness, participants learn how to release habitual tension, improve joint health, and cultivate a steady and focused mind.
