Meditation & Breathwork Course

Breath & Meditation: The Masterful Way | 30-Hour Training

A Foundational Course in Pranayama and Meditation
December 4–6  Malta

Life’s challenges influence how we think, feel, and breathe. Yoga reminds us that by calming the mind and regulating the breath, we can live with greater clarity, less stress, and a deeper sense of wellbeing.

The concept is simple—but the practice is beautifully intricate.

Pranayama and meditation are highly refined practices that can support both our physiological and psychological wellbeing. To truly understand and experience their deeper benefits, it is important to learn from an experienced teacher who can guide us through their subtle layers with clarity, care and wisdom.

This 30-Hour Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Program (YACEP) is designed to elevate your practice, deepen your understanding, and support your personal transformation.offers an in-depth exploration of Yogic breathing, Pranayama and meditation practices. You will develop a clearer understanding of not only how to practise, but also why we practise—exploring the principles, purpose and philosophy behind these powerful techniques.

Yogic philosophy gives these practices their deeper context and meaning. Through this understanding, breath and meditation become more than techniques; they become tools for cultivating awareness, steadiness and a more conscious relationship with ourselves.

The course is guided by Geoff Brooks, a teacher with an extraordinary 40 years of experience in yoga, breathwork and meditation. His teaching brings together extensive practical experience, traditional knowledge and a deep understanding of the subtleties of these practices.

Whether you are new to Pranayama and meditation or looking to deepen an established practice, this course is an opportunity to explore the breath and mind with greater awareness and understanding.

This 3-Day Transformative Program Includes:

  • 30-hour YA Accredited Certification
  • Online tutorials and practice sessions
  • 3 Days of In-Person Training

Science-Based Practice: Breath, Brain & Nervous System

This session explores the relationship between breathing, the brain and the nervous system, offering a science-based understanding of how conscious breathing and meditation can influence our physiological and psychological state.

We will look at how breathing patterns interact with the autonomic nervous system, stress responses, attention and emotional regulation, and explore how different breathwork and meditation practices may support greater balance, awareness and resilience.

The session connects contemporary knowledge of the nervous system and the science of breathing with traditional Yogic practices, providing a grounded framework for understanding not only what we practise, but why these practices can have such a profound effect on our experience.

Through both theory and practice, participants will develop a deeper understanding of the breath as a bridge between body and mind.
